Sunday, May 22, 2011

Race starts at 9am; Registration begins at 6:30am

Where?

Marymoor Park - Redmond, WA

The Course

Dog Friendly!

Dogs are as much a part of Marymoor and other King County Parks as trees and grass! Bring Rover for the run or walk. There will be plenty of water and treats for man's best friend along the course.

Leashes must be used at all times, and Sound Experiential Market, King County Parks, and all those associated with the event are not liable for any injury caused by dogs. Those in violation of this rule will be asked to leave the course.

Team up!

Join up with your friends, family, colleagues, or classmates and participate in our team event. There are great prizes for top teams in terms of money raised for King County Parks and overall time.

All teams are co-ed. At least one woman must compete for each time to enter; however, more than one woman can be on a team. This is purely for logistical reasons. We want to keep things simple and fair.

Top 5 finishers from each team (including one female) are totaled. Lowest cumulative time wins! Teams may enter as many runners as they like, but only the first five score for the team.

Divisions in 2011 will include: high school affiliations, college running clubs, corporate teams, and area running clubs.

Sign up for a team by entering THE SAME team name as everyone on your team in the appropriate field.

Awards

Top 3 male and female participants will receive cash or gift certificates. The top 3 participants in each age group will also receive awards (increments of +10 yrs up to 60, then 60+ is final age group).

The top placing team in each division will receive awards.

Grub and Goodies

Join us before and after the event for refreshments! We'll have plenty of water, sports drink, bagels, fruit, and other snacks to satisfy your hunger. Last year's vendors included PCC Markets and FUZE drinks.
